Morning all,
I have just launched my cake making business- “Caked on” so I thought i would share my excitement and create a blog too! Here are some of my cakes made in 2009. The first is a tinker bell cake which I made for a friends child’s first birthday party.
As you can see in the second photo of the cake, my sister ( extra pair of hands) and me the cake was huge!
The second is a pirate ship made for a friends 21st pirate party which i will have more photos of soon. To give you some perspective the cake weighed 15.2 kg – heavier than our labraspoodle!
The third was an Avatar cake which my friend asked me to make for her friends surprise 21st the day of the party! so it was somewhat rushed
I have made various other cakes and some photos will be up sooon!

I have to say Ems cakes are amazing especially her very rich mudcake. Its the most moist and rich cake I have ever tasted. It would be a winner for any function from a child’s birthday, a 50th, 60th, 100th or wedding! I wish you heaps of success Ems.
