This cake was a winner at my nephews 6th Birthday. It was again a chocolate cake and had choc frosting then the decorative butter icing. The hand was royal icing and the net was a toffee net- unfortunately in the heat it melted slightly.
These characters always end up under the knife in some way of another…

As we talked about the other day I think a banana cake would be great, if you want to ice it nicely I think that pink one with the flowers is lovely, my Ems has kind of had a pink theme this year for her birthday so something with a couple of flowers on top would be beautiful for her.
Also don’t worry about making it gluten free, just a normal cake would be really great.
